H1N1 INFLUENZA VACCINE

H1N1 vaccine is now available to anyone who desires it and they can receive it at the Olin School on Monday morning, December 21 between

9-11 am.  Contact Nurse Thomsen if you have any question.

 


 

WHAT: FREE H1N1 INFLUENZA VACCINE Walk In Clinic for Olin Community-no appointments will be taken

WHEN: Monday, December 21, 2009 from 9-11 am

WHERE: Community Room at Olin School

WHO: If you fit into one of these priority groups, you can receive the vaccine

     -Person who provides care or lives with an infant less than six months of age.

     -Child 6 months to 18 years of age.

     -Young adults 18-24 years of age.

     -Pregnant women

     -Direct health care providers.

     -Person with chronic health conditions up to age 64 years

**Children less than 10 years of of age need a 2nd dose of vaccine for full immunizations protection.  We will be giving that dose to our list of Olin students who received their 1st dose in November.  The consent form you signed at that time is still valid.

Vaccine is provided by the Iowa Department of Public Health and Community Health of Jones County.
