Dear Parents and Students:

We hope that this year proves to be very memorable and rewarding for all of our patrons.

The Olin Jr.-Sr. High School building opens up at 7:50 a.m. with the school day beginning at 8:20 a.m. The last class of the day is dismissed at 3:15 p.m. Breakfast is served daily from 7:50 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. for anyone who wishes to eat.

If you have a concern, I encourage you to talk with someone in our building. Staff members are usually in the building and available for individual help from 7:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Our building is equipped with voice mail to enable you to contact the person you wish to speak with. During the school day a secretary will connect you to the teacher's extension when possible.

The information in this handbook has been prepared as a useful guide for all students, parents, and teachers. It contains the policies and procedures neccessary for our school to function efficiently and effectively. Please read this handbook at the start of the school year. This will allow you to become familiar with our operations and avoid any misunderstandings. Keep it available as the year progresses as a useful reference tool.
