Hello! I am Mrs. Amanda Haker. I have been teaching music for almost 29 years. I currently teach at North Cedar’s Mechanicsville and Lowden elementary schools and I am at Olin every Monday. I earned my degree in music education at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa and I also have an MBA in business and finance.
I live in Stanwood with my two teenage girls, our black lab and cat. I have three daughters, two grandsons and a granddaughter. When I’m not teaching music, I love to perform. I have been in a band for over 30 years and I play keyboard and guitar among several other instruments! If I’m not on stage, then I’m playing pool or cheering on my PIttsburgh Steelers!!!
